Enclume · Shopify modernization

A more modern Enclume in just a couple of weeks

Enclume’s former Shopify homepage with compact navigation, a dense product category grid, and a dark footer
BeforeBefore: a crowded layout and small product images.
Enclume’s refreshed Shopify homepage with large product photography, editorial feature panels, and open spacing
AfterAfter: larger photography and more room for the products.

Enclume’s shop felt dated. In just a couple of weeks, we refreshed the layout and brought its products and story into focus. The whole site felt more modern—without changing themes or rebuilding from scratch.

Brands we’ve helped

Make your first impression count.

Put 14+ years of Shopify experience behind a store that reflects the quality of your products and makes buying straightforward.

Your Shopify launch plan

Start with a proven Shopify theme, your brand, and your products. We’ll agree on what needs to happen before launch, then help you get it done.

  1. Align

We start by understanding your business goals, your customers, and their path from discovering a product to buying it. Together, we’ll review where the store stands and agree on the work, decisions, and timing needed for launch.

  2. Get your store ready

We’ll bring your brand into the theme, build or finish the core pages, and set up the products, payments, shipping, and apps in your agreed scope. You’ll review the work before launch.

  3. Test, launch, and hand over

We set up Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics e-commerce tracking, then test the key steps from product views to purchase—so you can see where shoppers drop off and which traffic leads to sales. We’ll test the shopping journey, help you go live, and show you how to run the store. After launch, you get 15 days of post-launch defect support and a performance review at 30 days.

Shopify launch questions

How quickly can we launch?

The build-and-launch sprint typically runs 2–4 weeks once the content, access, and decisions are ready. We confirm the exact schedule after reviewing what is complete and what remains. The 30-day performance review follows launch.

What should be ready before we start?

Know what you’re selling and who it’s for. Have your brand, product details, pricing, photography, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and policies ready, with one person who can make decisions. If something is still in progress, tell us—we’ll confirm how it affects the schedule.

Can you finish a store someone else started?

Yes. We’ll review what’s there and agree on the work needed to get it ready for launch. Custom-code or integration problems outside that checklist are scoped separately, so you know what you’re taking on.

What does the $5,000 starting price include?

The starting engagement covers a proven theme styled to your brand; homepage, collection, product, About or brand, and Contact or FAQ pages; up to 10 products; and up to two approved apps. It also includes standard payments, shipping, domain, notifications, and policies you supply.

We include Google Tag Manager, GA4 e-commerce tracking, and baseline advertising measurement, mobile and desktop checks, navigation and form testing, checkout and a test order, one revision round, launch support, owner training, 15 days of post-launch defect support, and a 30-day performance review with prioritized next steps. Your proposal confirms the exact scope before work begins.

Are Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics included?

Yes. We set up Google Tag Manager and configure GA4 e-commerce events, including product views, add to cart, checkout, and purchases. If you already have tracking, we review the setup and check for missing or duplicate events before launch.

What happens after launch?

We show you how to run your store and provide 15 days of post-launch defect support. At 30 days, we review performance and share prioritized next steps based on what shoppers are doing.
